- 400 g biscuits nice / biscoff / graham crackers / tennis
- 1 can (13oz / 375g) condensed milk
- ⅓ cup (50g) cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons baileys original cream liqueur
- ½ cup coconut for coating the truffles
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles for coating the truffles
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs using a rolling pin inside a large ziploc bag or in a food processor.
- Transfer the crushed biscuits to a mixing bowl.
- Mix the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Baileys into the biscuit crumbs thoroughly using your hands.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes until chilled.
- Form the mixture into balls about the size of a glass marble.
- Roll each ball in coconut or chocolate sprinkles, then place them in paper cases.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
