Description
This Bailey’s Irish Cream Tiramisu is a no-bake delight that combines rich mascarpone cheese, smooth Irish cream, and coffee-soaked ladyfingers for an unforgettable dessert experience, perfect for gatherings or a special treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups heavy cream cold
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons vanilla instant pudding
- ⅔ cup Irish cream
- 1 lb mascarpone cheese room temp
- 27 ladyfingers
- 1 cup espresso
- 2 tablespoons Irish cream
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cold heavy cream, granulated sugar, Irish cream, vanilla extract, and vanilla instant pudding, then whisk using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Gently mix in the room-temperature mascarpone cheese until smooth and creamy, avoiding overmixing to prevent curdling.
- Prepare a mixture of espresso and Irish cream in a shallow bowl. Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the mixture for 1-2 seconds and arrange them in an even layer in a 13×9-inch baking dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers using a spatula.
- Layer the dipped ladyfingers again, topped with a thin layer of the remaining mascarpone cream.
- Use a piping bag fitted with a round tip to create dollops of cream on top of the thin mascarpone layer.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until the ladyfingers soften. Before serving, generously sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
Notes
Make sure the mascarpone cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
For best results, prepare the tiramisu a day ahead to allow the flavors to meld together.
