- 1 standard package Oreo cookies (approx. 24 cookies)
- 12 oz chocolate melting wafers or semi-sweet chips
- 2–3 tablespoons assorted sprinkles
Instructions
- Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe glass bowl and heat for 30 seconds. Stir thoroughly and repeat in 30-second intervals until smooth and glossy.
- Dip one Oreo cookie halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip back into the bowl.
- Lay the dipped cookie onto a sheet of parchment paper or wax paper.
- While the chocolate is still wet, shake sprinkles onto the dipped portion of the cookie.
- Repeat the process with the remaining cookies.
- Let the cookies sit undisturbed for about 20 minutes at room temperature (or 10 minutes in the fridge) until the chocolate fully hardens.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
