Description

These Cottage Cheese Brownies are a delightful blend of flavor and nutrition. Made with cottage cheese, almond flour, and chocolate chips, they deliver a fudgy treat that’s high in protein and easy to prepare. Perfect for a guilt-free dessert!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  • In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla, maple syrup, and sugar. Blend until smooth, for 60-90 seconds.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold gently until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes until the top is set and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes

Using a blender instead of a food processor results in a smoother texture.
Reserve a few chocolate chips to sprinkle on top for an appealing presentation.
Be careful not to overmix the batter to maintain a tender crumb.
