- blue jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3.5 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup cold water
- whipped topping

Instructions
- Line up containers on a baking sheet or flat surface.
- In a medium bowl, mix the green jello with 1 cup of boiling water until dissolved.
- Stir in 3.5 ounces of sweetened condensed milk until combined.
- Add 1 cup of cold water and mix well.
- Pour 1 ounce of the green jello mixture into each container and refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
- Repeat for the yellow jello, pink jello, and blue jello, allowing each layer to set before adding the next. Let cool if needed to prevent mixing of colors.
- Once the final layer is set, add a dollop of whipped topping and decorate with pastel nonpareils and a Cadbury mini egg.
Notes
Ensure each jello layer is fully set before adding the next to keep colors separate.
Cool the jello mixture to prevent melting previous layers when adding new colors.
Use a piping bag for cleaner whipped topping application.
