Description
This Green Goddess Yogurt Dip pairs creamy feta and fresh herbs for a burst of flavor. It’s easy to make and ideal for snacking, healthy meals, or parties.
Ingredients
Scale
- 5 ounces of feta cheese
- ½ cup of greek yogurt, or yogurt of choice
- 1 avocado, pitted and removed from skin
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 ½ tablespoons of lemon juice
- ½ cup of fresh dill, packed
- ¼ cup of mint, packed
- ½ cup of green onions, lightly chopped
- ⅓ cup of fresh basil, packed
- 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- ¼–½ cup of water to thin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor or blender. Hold off on adding salt initially.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth, adding water as needed for desired consistency.
- With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as preferred.
- Serve immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Notes
Feta is already salty, so check the seasoning before adding any extra salt.
The dip may change color slightly due to the avocado, but it remains delicious.
