Description

This Leprechaun Pistachio Fudge is a simple and delicious treat made with just three ingredients! Featuring white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and Irish cream, it offers a rich and creamy flavor, perfect for sharing at gatherings or enjoying as a sweet snack.

  • 3 ½ cups white chocolate chips (2224 ounces)
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup irish cream
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Prepare an 8-inch × 8-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper or tin foil, ensuring the liner hangs over the sides for easy removal later.
  • Heat sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute.
  • In a large glass bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and the warm condensed milk. Let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes, then stir until fully melted. If necessary, microwave for an additional 15 seconds and stir again.
  • Stir in the Irish cream until completely mixed, then fold in 3/4 of the chopped pistachios.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the lined baking dish, and sprinkle the remaining pistachios on top, pressing them lightly into the fudge.
  • Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours until firm. Once set, remove the fudge from the dish, peel off the liner, and cut into 25 pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
