Description

This No Churn Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream brings together irresistible chocolate flavors with straightforward preparation. Enjoy rich cubes of brownie layered with a creamy chocolate mixture, perfect for dessert lovers seeking an easy homemade treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 2 cups store bought bakery brownies, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder until combined.
  2. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Add the chocolate mixture to the whipped cream and fold gently until no streaks remain.
  4. Heat the hot fudge sauce in the microwave for 30-45 seconds to soften.
  5. Layer the bottom of a 9 x 5 bread pan with the cream mixture, then add dollops of softened hot fudge on top, swirling gently.
  6. Cut the brownies into cubes and add a few on top of the mixture.
  7. Continue layering the mixture and fudge, finishing with cream on top.
  8. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

Notes

Ensure the heavy cream is very cold before whipping for best results.
Leftovers can be stored in the freezer for up to a week, tightly covered.
