- ¼ cup maple syrup*
- 1.5 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup, mixing until smooth and fluffy.
- Pour the mixture into a lined loaf pan. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips and flaky sea salt on top.
- Freeze the mixture for at least 3 hours until firm.
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Notes
You can substitute Greek yogurt with any thick yogurt for a similar texture.
For a sweeter bite, adjust the amount of maple syrup according to your preference.
