Description

This Pimento Cheese is a delightful blend of extra sharp cheddar, creamy textures, and zesty spices, making it a perfect quick snack for gatherings or a comforting addition to meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces diced pimento (drained)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (or dash table salt)
  • dash black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Using a hand mixer, blend until well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with more cayenne, salt, or black pepper as preferred.
  4. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For an extra kick, increase the cayenne pepper.
Serve it chilled for better flavor.
