Description

These Pizza Roll-Ups offer delicious flavors with minimal effort. Stuffed with pepperoni, ham, and gooey mozzarella, they are perfect for a quick dinner or game day snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 6 slices deli ham, roughly cut into squares
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • dipping sauce of your choice for serving
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle approximately 12×10 inches, about ¼ inch thick. Avoid rolling too thin to maintain shape.
  • Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a ½ inch border. Top with pepperoni, ham, and mozzarella cheese in a thin layer.
  • Tightly roll the dough from the longer side, pinching to seal the seams. Cut into 12 equal pieces with a serrated knife and arrange on the sheet pan.
  • Prepare the garlic butter by mixing the melted butter with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and seasoning to taste.
  • Brush the tops and edges of the rolls with some garlic butter, saving some for later.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up. Brush with remaining garlic butter after baking and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

For best results, do not overstuff the rolls to prevent collapsing while baking.
Ensure to seal the seams well to keep filling from leaking out during baking.
