Description

This Sheet-Pan Sausage, Cabbage & Potatoes is a delightful dish that combines savory sausage, tender potatoes, and fresh vegetables, making it a perfect quick meal that’s packed with flavor. Enjoy a satisfying, homemade dinner in just over half an hour!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch coins
  • 1 pound red potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1/2 head small green cabbage, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 23 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasonings

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Line a large rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty foil and spread the sliced sausage, potatoes, bell peppers, and cabbage evenly onto the foil.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings. Toss all ingredients together to coat well.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are tender and all ingredients are golden brown. Serve immediately.

Notes
