- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
- ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
- ¼ cup berries , or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
- ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola
Instructions
- If using a sweetener, combine it with the Greek yogurt in a small bowl until well blended.
- To assemble the parfait, place half of the yogurt in the bottom of a mason jar or bowl. Layer with half of the fruit and half of the granola. Repeat with the remaining yogurt, fruit, and granola.
- For extra sweetness, drizzle honey on top if desired. Serve right away.
