- 2 tsp. cooking oil
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup yellow mustard
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Rinse and pat the corned beef dry with a paper towel.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add cooking oil to coat the pan's bottom. Brown the meat on all sides.
- Transfer the browned corned beef to the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, yellow mustard, black pepper, and minced garlic. Pour the sauce over the corned beef in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours without lifting the lid during cooking.
