  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Chili crisp oil (optional) for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the salmon pieces with olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, and brown sugar. Sprinkle this mixture over the salmon and toss gently until well coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for proper cooking.
