This Apple Pie Granola combines the warmth of cinnamon, nutmeg, and fresh apples with crunchy oats and walnuts. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or satisfying snack, it’s easy to make and simply irresistible.

- 2 1/2 cups old fashioned roll oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup apple, peeled, cored & cubed
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cubed apples.
- Add in the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir everything until the oats are well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, pressing down gently with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 22 to 28 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even baking.
- Once done, let it cool completely before breaking into clusters.
Notes
Allow the granola to cool completely for the best texture.
Store in an airtight container to keep it fresh for up to two weeks.
Feel free to add other nuts or dried fruits for extra flavor.
