This Avocado Dressing is simply irresistible! With creamy avocado, zesty lemon juice, and fragrant herbs, it’s perfect for salads or as a dip. Easy to prepare, this dressing brings vibrant flavor to any meal while keeping it healthy and quick.
Ingredients

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 lemon – juice only
- 1 garlic clove
- 3/4 cup avocado oil
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 2 tbsp cilantro (or basil, or parsley)
- coarse kosher salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your blender or food processor, ensuring it has an opening on top for adding ingredients while blending.
- Halve the avocado, remove the pit, peel the skin, and place the avocado flesh into the blender or food processor.
- Add the white wine vinegar, lemon juice, agave nectar, garlic clove, cilantro, and salt to the blender (do not add the oil yet).
- Cover the blender and begin blending. While blending, slowly drizzle in the avocado oil until fully combined. Blend for a few more seconds afterwards.
- Taste the dressing for seasoning. If desired, add more avocado oil for a thinner consistency and blend again.
Notes
Ensure your avocado is ripe for the best flavor and texture.
For a different twist, substitute cilantro with basil or parsley as desired.
Adjust salt according to your taste preference before serving.
