Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups cool whip
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups mini-marshmallows
  • 1 3/4 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 bananas, peeled & sliced
  • 1 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 3/4 cup maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1/4 cup mini-chocolate chips
  • 12 tbsp chocolate syrup, optional

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine Cool Whip, cherry pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, and sour cream thoroughly.
  2. Just before serving, gently fold in mini-marshmallows, drained pineapple chunks, sliced bananas, chopped peanuts, drained maraschino cherries, and mini-chocolate chips.
  3. If desired, drizzle chocolate syrup on top before serving.

Notes

For added freshness, use ripe bananas.
This salad can be prepared a few hours in advance; just add bananas right before serving to prevent browning.
Adjust sweetness by using sugar-free condensed milk if preferred.
