Description

This BBQ Chicken Marinade combines irresistible flavor and simple ingredients to create juiciness in every bite. Ideal for a quick dinner or healthy meal, it’s a fantastic homemade option for any barbecue lover.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/4 cup italian dressing
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, apple cider vinegar, and pressed garlic to create the marinade.
  2. Poke the chicken all over with a fork, then place it in a dish or zip top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's completely covered, and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush with oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Grill the chicken for 4-6 minutes per side, cooking until it reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Marinating the chicken longer enhances flavor. Aim for 4 hours if time allows.
