- 1 burrito size flour tortilla
- 2 tbsp cinnamon cream cheese
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- cinnamon & sugar, optional
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on one side of the flour tortilla.
- Sprinkle blueberries over half of it. Fold the other side over and press down lightly.
- Spread 1/2 tbsp softened butter on one outside of the quesadilla, then flip it and spread the remaining 1/2 tbsp butter on the other outside. Optionally, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the buttered sides.
- Place on a skillet over medium heat and grill each side until golden brown.
Notes
Feel free to add more blueberries for an extra fruity flavor.
For added sweetness, consider drizzling honey or maple syrup over the quesadilla prior to serving.
