Description

These Blueberry Mojitos are bursting with flavor from fresh blueberries, mint, and a splash of lime. Quick to prepare, they’re perfect for summer gatherings or a refreshing drink anytime you want something delicious and homemade.


Ingredients

  • 8 blueberries
  • ½ lime cut into 2 wedges
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • fluid ounces white rum
  • ½ fluid ounce simple syrup
  • large handful fresh ice or crushed ice
  • 2 fluid ounces club soda to taste
  • 3 blueberries for garnish, optional
  • 3 fresh mint leaves for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Muddle the blueberries, lime wedges, and mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass until the blueberries break down and the lime releases its juice.
  2. Pour in the white rum and simple syrup, then stir to combine.
  3. Add ice and top off with club soda to taste.
  4. Garnish with additional blueberries and mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Adjust the amount of simple syrup based on your sweetness preference.
Fresh mint is key for flavor; slap the leaves before adding them for better aroma.
