- 1 (11 oz) bag Kraft Caramels, Unwrapped
- 1 cup Butter
- 7 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 7 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
Instructions
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Unwrap caramels and set 10 aside.
- Melt the remaining caramels in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth and melted.
- In the meantime, melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Remove from heat once melted. Stir in the melted caramel and 5 1/2 cups mini marshmallows. Stir until almost combined.
- Mix in Rice Krispies. Fold in remaining 2 cups mini marshmallows once everything is well combined.
- Gently press evenly into prepared pan.
- Melt the remaining 10 caramels in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth and melted.
- Drizzle all over the top.
- Let cool and cut.
Notes
Store the treats in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
For added flavor, try sprinkling some sea salt on top before the treats cool.
Substitute regular marshmallows for mini marshmallows if needed.
