This simple recipe delivers irresistible flavor, making it a perfect choice for gatherings or a quick family meal. Enjoy these sliders as a quick snack, comforting dinner, or a starter at parties!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 large yellow onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef while breaking it up into pieces. Drain any excess grease and return the beef to the pan.
  2. Add in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and diced onion, cooking until the onion becomes soft.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and arrange the bottom halves in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Distribute the beef mixture evenly over the bottom rolls.
  5. Layer the slices of cheddar cheese on top of the beef mixture.
  6. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the inner side of the top rolls.
  7. Bake the sliders in a preheated oven at 350°F for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the tops are slightly toasted.
  8. Combine the melted butter with everything bagel seasoning and brush it over the tops of the warm rolls.

Notes

Feel free to customize the toppings by adding pickles or mustard for extra flavor.
These sliders can be prepared ahead of time and cooked right before serving for convenience.
