- 1.5 cups vegetable oil for frying
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, another with beaten eggs, and the last with breadcrumbs mixed with 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once shimmering, fry the chicken until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
