- 5 peaches (pitted, peeled & sliced)
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 package pillsbury cinnamon roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9-inch square pan with non-stick spray.
- In a medium saucepan, combine pitted, peeled, and sliced peaches with water, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the peach mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into fourths and scatter the pieces over the peaches evenly.
- Cover the baking dish loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle the included icing over the warm cobbler.
Notes
For best results, use fresh, ripe peaches for maximum flavor.
This cobbler pairs wonderfully with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
