Instructions
- Prepare the grill fire to approximately 300° using hickory or oak for wood smoke.

- Incorporate the seasoning mix into the ground beef and form 8 patties, making an indentation in the center of each.
- Cook the patties over indirect heat with the lid closed for 5 minutes, then flip and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°.
- Once cooked, remove from the grill and serve on hamburger buns topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, and your favorite condiments.
