Description

This Cottage Cheese Naan Bread is easy to make and bursting with flavor. With just cottage cheese, flour, and salt, it’s perfect for a quick dinner or healthy meal. Soft and golden, these naans are a delicious addition to any table.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup self-rising flour or 1 cup all-purpose flour & 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, flour, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  2. Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough for about a minute until smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
  4. Roll out each piece into a thin round shape.
  5. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook each naan for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden spots appear and it's cooked through.

Notes

For a fluffier naan, use self-rising flour instead of all-purpose flour with baking powder.
Ensure your skillet is well-heated for even cooking.
Serve warm with your choice of dip or alongside your meal.
