- 1 cup self-rising flour or 1 cup all-purpose flour & 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, flour, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough for about a minute until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
- Roll out each piece into a thin round shape.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each naan for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden spots appear and it's cooked through.
Notes
For a fluffier naan, use self-rising flour instead of all-purpose flour with baking powder.
Ensure your skillet is well-heated for even cooking.
