- 1/2 pound rotini pasta
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 sweet white onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sugar

- 2 tbsp dill
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta until al dente according to package directions, then rinse it under cold water to cool.
- Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds with a spoon, and cut it into thin slices.
- Thinly slice the onion and soak it in a bowl of cold water for a few minutes to mellow the flavor.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, dill, and white vinegar until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cucumber, onion, and the dressing. Mix well and refrigerate for 45 minutes before serving.
Notes
