- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar

- 1½ teaspoons granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine the sliced cucumbers and red onions in a large bowl.
