Description

This Dole Whip creation offers irresistible flavors with simple prep using frozen pineapple, vanilla ice cream, and pineapple juice. It’s your go-to treat for warm days!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
  2. For a decorative swirl, transfer the blended mixture to a piping bag fitted with a 1M or star tip; pipe into a glass.
  3. To prepare a Dole Whip Float, fill a tall glass with the blended mixture, top with 2 ounces of pineapple juice, and garnish with a cherry.
  4. For a Boozy Dole Whip Float, blend in 1 ounce of rum and an additional 2 ounces of pineapple juice. Serve with a cherry on top.

Notes

Feel free to customize the amount of pineapple juice based on your preferred consistency.
Using fresh frozen pineapple chunks provides the best flavor, but canned pineapple can also work in a pinch.
For a creamier texture, allow the vanilla ice cream to soften slightly before blending.
