Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Whisk together marinara sauce, water, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in the prepared dish.
- Add uncooked pasta and thawed meatballs, stirring to combine and ensure everything is evenly spread in the sauce. Press the noodles down to keep them submerged.
- Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove the foil and gently stir. Check if the pasta is al dente; if not, cover and return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes before checking.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top and bake uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and pasta is cooked through.
