Description

These Easy Brownies with Box Mix offer irresistible flavor and simple preparation. Featuring graham crackers and rich chocolate, they are the perfect treat for gatherings or just a sweet indulgence at home.


Ingredients

  • 5 graham cracker sheets
  • 1 box of brownie mix for an 8×8 inch pan
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1/3 cup brewed hot coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Line the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  3. Arrange the graham cracker sheets on the bottom of the pan, breaking them as necessary to cover the entire surface.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, egg yolks, brewed hot coffee, vegetable oil or melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the brownie batter evenly over the graham cracker layer in the pan and bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Remove the brownies from the oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows on top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  7. Use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows on top, then let the brownies cool completely before slicing.

Notes

For an extra chocolatey flavor, feel free to add more chocolate chips.
Using melted butter instead of vegetable oil provides a richer taste for the brownies.
To achieve easier slicing, allow the brownies to cool in the fridge for a short time before cutting.
