- 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 large ripe banana, peeled
Instructions
- Place the frozen blueberries, banana, and vanilla yogurt into a blender. Secure the lid and blend until smooth, adding a splash of liquid if needed for consistency.
- Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, making sure to leave about 1/4-inch of space at the top.
- Cover the molds with foil or a lid and insert sticks into the center of each mold.
- Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 3 hours until solid.
- To enjoy, briefly dip the molds in warm water to loosen the popsicles, then gently pull on the stick to remove.
Notes
For a fun twist, add some orange juice for a zesty flavor.
