Description

This Frozen Berry Margarita combines the delightful flavors of mixed berries and tequila for a quick, refreshing drink. Perfect for hot days or gatherings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
  • 4 oz silver tequila or white tequila
  • 4 oz triple sec
  • juice of ½ lime plus more for rimming the glass
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • sugar for the rim
  • ¼ cup club soda
  • lime wheels and mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim your glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dip it into sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen berries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired, or if it’s too thick, add a splash of club soda.
  4. Pour the margarita into your rimmed glass, add a splash of club soda on top if desired, and garnish with a lime wheel and mint leaves.

Notes

For a sweeter drink, add more maple syrup or honey to taste.
Adjust the thickness by adding more club soda if needed.
Using fresh berries can enhance the flavor but frozen ones provide convenience.
