Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 small pinch cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce optional
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Process on high until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides occasionally.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, being generous with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for at least an hour before serving.
  5. Store in the fridge for a few days in an airtight container.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute mayo with vegan mayo and sour cream with a plant-based yogurt.
This dressing pairs well with a variety of salads or as a dip for fresh vegetables.
Adjust the herbs based on your preference or what’s available.
