Description

These grilled chicken breasts are flavorful and easy to prepare, featuring a tasty marinade with Italian dressing, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Perfect for a quick dinner or a healthy meal option.


Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 12 oz Italian dressing
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a large zip bag and add Italian dressing, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
  2. Gently squeeze out the air, then shake the bag to ensure the chicken is covered.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight for more flavor.
  4. Preheat the grill and clean it by rubbing half an onion over the hot grates.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade bag and discard the marinade.
  6. Season the chicken with salt and pepper before grilling.
  7. Cook the chicken on medium-high heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 15 minutes.
