This homemade dry rub Jamaican jerk seasoning delivers an irresistible flavor packed with spices like allspice and brown sugar. Perfect for seasoning meats and veggies for quick, tasty meals.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons smoked brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground jamaican allspice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
