- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

- 1/4 cup pickled onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Prepare the rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Sear the chicken in the skillet until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken, then stir in BBQ sauce and honey.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
