- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
- Soak rice and the cinnamon stick in water for 4 hours or overnight.
- After soaking, blend the rice, cinnamon, and water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl.
- Add milk, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt, and stir well.
