- 1 graham cracker crust
- 15 ounces mandarin oranges (1 can drained, juice reserved)
- 3.4 ounces orange jello mix
- 12 ounces orange creamsicle yogurt (2 containers)
- 8 ounces whipped cream plus more for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a large glass bowl, combine the orange gelatin with 1/4 cup of reserved mandarin orange juice and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Chill the gelatin mixture in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes until it thickens.
- Whisk in the orange yogurt and whipped cream until well combined, then gently fold in 1/2 cup of chopped mandarin oranges.
- Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and top with dollops of additional whipped cream and whole mandarin oranges.
- Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours. For a frozen dessert, freeze for 2 hours.
Notes
Feel free to add fresh orange zest for extra flavor.
This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
