Instructions
- Lay parchment paper on the counter and set out the Oreos.
- In a bowl, place chocolate chips and melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Dunk one side of an Oreo in the melted chocolate and set it on the parchment paper.
- Place an unwrapped Hershey Kiss in the center of the Oreo.
- Sprinkle Halloween sprinkles over the remaining wet chocolate, covering the rim of the cookie.
