Description

This Pasta Salad combines irresistible flavors from fresh vegetables, creamy mozzarella, and savory salami. Quickly prepared and perfect for gatherings, it’s a delightful side that always satisfies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound short pasta shapes such as rotini or bow ties
  • 8 ounces mini mozzarella balls halved
  • 1 pound salami chopped
  • 1 (6-oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts drained and sliced
  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup black olives sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons sliced fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups italian dressing homemade or store-bought

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse under cold water until cooled. Drain well.
  2. Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over the top and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

For additional flavor, consider adding diced bell peppers or red onion.
This salad can be made a day in advance for best results.
Serve chilled for a refreshing side dish.
