This Pasta Salad combines irresistible flavors from fresh vegetables, creamy mozzarella, and savory salami. Quickly prepared and perfect for gatherings, it’s a delightful side that always satisfies.

- 1 pound short pasta shapes such as rotini or bow ties
- 8 ounces mini mozzarella balls halved
- 1 pound salami chopped
- 1 (6-oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts drained and sliced
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup black olives sliced
- ¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons sliced fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cups italian dressing homemade or store-bought
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse under cold water until cooled. Drain well.
- Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over the top and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
For additional flavor, consider adding diced bell peppers or red onion.
This salad can be made a day in advance for best results.
