- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 8.8 oz package biscoff cookies
- 1 – 2 fresh peaches, thinly sliced (optional, for layering)
Instructions
- Combine peaches, granulated sugar, brown sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until the peaches soften and juices are released.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then add to the peach mixture.
- Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes until thickened, resembling a cobbler filling.
- Remove from heat and cool completely to room temperature.
Notes
For an extra touch, layer sliced fresh peaches in the pudding before serving.
Using frozen peaches is a great alternative when fresh ones are out of season.
This dessert can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
