- 1 pound roma tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt

- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Finely dice the tomatoes, removing the seeds and pulp from the center.
- Finely dice the red onion and chop the cilantro.
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well to mix them together.
- Chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or serve immediately.
Notes
This salsa can be made in advance; the flavors deepen after sitting.
For a spicier version, add diced jalapeño peppers to the mix.
