Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups Pretzels, Chopped
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter, Melted
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 1 (16 oz) can Crushed Pineapple, Drained
  • 2 (8 oz) containers Cool Whip, Thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Crush pretzels to equal 1 1/2 cups and place them in a bowl. Combine with brown sugar and melted butter.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking pan and bake for 6 minutes, stirring immediately after removing from the oven. Let the pretzels cool and stir again.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, white sugar, drained crushed pineapple, and thawed Cool Whip until well combined.
  5. Just before serving, gently fold in the cooled pretzel mixture.
