Description

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup icing sugar
  • 1 ⅓ cup strawberries, chopped small
  • 2 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer or large bowl, combine heavy cream and icing sugar. Mix on medium speed for about 10 minutes until stiff peaks form. Taste and adjust sweetness with more icing sugar if needed.
  2. In a serving container, layer ⅓ cup strawberries, ½ cup whipped cream, and ½ cup blueberries. Repeat this layering for the remaining cups.
  3. Optionally, finish with an extra dollop of whipped cream and a strawberry on top.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness of the whipped cream according to your preference.
Substitute icing sugar with granulated sugar if desired, but icing sugar gives a smoother texture.
Fresh herbs like mint can be added for an extra flavor pop.
