Description

Enjoy a delightful treat with Red, White, and Blue Jello with Cream, featuring vibrant colors and rich flavors, easy to prepare, perfect for celebrations!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 oz red gelatin (170g)
  • 6 oz blue gelatin (170g)
  • boiling water (amount as per box instructions)
  • cold water (amount as per box instructions)
  • 12 fl. oz heavy whipping cream (350ml)
  • 5 fl. oz sweetened condensed milk (150ml)
  • whipped cream (to taste)
  • Red, white, and blue sprinkles (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions provided on the back of the boxes.
  2. Once prepared, pour both flavors of gelatin into an 8×8 (20cm x 20cm) dish and refrigerate for about 4 hours or until fully set, or use the Quickset method if preferred.
  3. After setting, cut the gelatin into squares based on the desired size for your cups.
  4. Carefully remove the gelatin squares using a teaspoon, butter knife, or spatula to prevent breaking.
  5. In 8 oz (237ml) cups, place alternating gelatin squares at the bottom, pressing them against the sides for visibility.
  6. Add about 1.5 tablespoons of the cream, then repeat the layers until the cup is filled to the top.
  7. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles for decoration.

Notes

Chilling time is essential for perfect set gelatin; ensure enough time is provided.
Experiment with different layering patterns for an eye-catching presentation.
For a fun twist, try adding fruits between layers in the cups.
