Description

This Snicker Apple Salad combines creamy textures with the crunch of apples and sweet Snickers for an unforgettable side dish that’s perfect for potlucks and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) cool whip, thawed
  • 2 granny smith apples, chopped
  • 1 (9.7 oz) snickers mini-sizes candy bars, halved

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
  2. Fold the thawed Cool Whip into the mixture until well combined.
  3. Slice, core, and dice the Granny Smith apples, then fold them into the mixture.
  4. Unwrap and halve each mini Snickers and incorporate them into the mixture.
  5. Serve immediately once well mixed.
