Description

This Steak Marinade brings out irresistible flavors with simple ingredients like olive oil and fresh herbs, making it perfect for a quick dinner or a weekend cookout.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, parsley, rosemary, pepper, thyme, and garlic in a glass bowl or freezer bag.
  2. Add up to 2 pounds of steak and marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
  3. Remove steak from marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill or broil steak to desired doneness.

Notes

This marinade can be made a day in advance for added flavor.
Experiment with different herbs for a unique taste.
