Description

Strawberry Pretzel Pie brings together a crunchy pretzel crust, creamy filling, and juicy strawberries. Perfect for gatherings or a sweet treat at home!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups mini pretzels
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 2 8-ounce pkgs. Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste or extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lbs strawberries (cut into half lengthwise)
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Use a food processor to pulse pretzels into fine crumbs, leaving a few small pieces for texture.
  2. Alternatively, crush pretzels in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin until you achieve fine crumbs.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar until evenly coated.
  4. Firmly press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish, refrigerating for 25 minutes or freezing for 10–25 minutes until set.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is softened to blend smoothly into the filling.
Feel free to adjust the amount of sugar based on the sweetness of your strawberries.
For a richer flavor, consider adding a hint of lemon juice to the strawberries.
